چکیده

Background: The rhizosphere contains many beneficial microorganisms which have a positive action on plant growth and development. In both natural controlled ecosystems, plant-associated bacteria play key role in supporting increasing health growth. Methods: this study, promoting Bacillus isolates associated with the of black pepper (Piper nigrum) were selected used for bioassay experiments host as well two test plants viz. French bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) Pea (Pisum sativum). Result: This investigation revealed that chosen study exert effect inoculated compared to uninoculated control. Molecular identification was done based 16S rRNA gene analysis. All four exerted considerable influence cuttings there is significant increase shoot height root length untreated cuttings. Seed bacterization resulted increment heavier fresh weight dry when control plants. Based these findings, it evident can be employed enhance not only but well. Hence, according could growth-promoting inoculants attain desired results stem seed bacterization.

A Gram positive, rod shaped potential strain selected from the pool of a bacterial isolates obtained from the Western ghat forest on the basis of zone of P-solubilization activity. Identification based on 16S rRNA gene sequence reveals that, the strain is of Bacillus species, which shares highest sequence similarity to Bacillus tequilensis NRRL B-41771 (99.5%). Strain NII-0943 was able to produ...

Effect of Plant Growth Promoting Microorganisms from Rhizosphere of Piper Nigrum L

Six fungal isolates were selected from the rhizosphere of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) plants and were tested in vitro for their plant growth promoting (PGP) abilities in the soil. The species of Aspergillus selected were tested for the siderophore production, indole acetic acid (IAA) production, catalase enzyme activity and biological control of pathogens through antagonism. The results indi...
